The WFSJ has created several free toolkits for journalists to help them get a better understanding of very specific topics, such as on Ebola, Dementia, Hepatitis C, Nuclear Safety Culture, etc. Clicking on a button below will give a direct access to a toolkit allowing journalists in general, but especially to those coming from middle and low-income countries, to better understand and report on these often complex topics.
The WFSJ also developed the first online course in science journalism available in 10 languages. The free course is ready for use by professional journalists, journalism students, and teachers.
We also collected a number of useful and free to use resources for science journalists such as information and links to practical documents, resources and tips (considering that the WFSJ does not have a registration control, the e-lectures are open access, therefore there will be no certificate).
