“We joined the WFSJ to be part of a vibrant team of science journalist associations, in order to learn and interact with each other. As journalists who are passionate about the advancement of science journalism in Kenya, the WFSJ offers the best global platform for such co-operation. The Federation has also distinguished itself as the key global platform that connects science journalists. I saw this through the SjCOOP program, which accorded me an opportunity to grow and mingle and learn from journalists across the globe.”

Rosalia Omungo
Chairperson of the Kenya Environment and Science Journalists Association
